Wombat Books - Help you Publishing

 Below are the details of what Wombat Books can provide for a fee in helping an individual publish their work.  Wombat Books is a small publisher endeavouring to produce work that honours all life and is a Christian business.

 This is similar to self-publishing except you have the assistance of Wombat Books to market and sell your book and you are not completing the process on your own.

I will:

• Provide ISBN
• Acquire and provide Barcode
• Acquire CiP
• Source Editing Quotes
• Source Printing Quotes
• Source Press Release quotes (or I can do for a fee)
• Guidance in planning a book release
• Listed on Wombat Books website
• Wombat Books publication name
• Distribute / sell at a market appropriate discount
• Help you market the book
• Provide you with a contract detailing the agreement.

You will

• Pay for printing, editing, typesetting and press release (I can provide quotes for editing, typesetting and the press release flyer from my own business or can outsource through other reputable companies).
• Own the book
• Retain copyright
• Store copies of the book
• Have complete control of your book sales and we can negotiate how distribution occurs.

Consulting fee for my service: $242.00 including GST + 20 copies of the book for us to use as samples to help you market the book. Keep in mind the costs for printing will vary. This fee is not very high considering it is just for the above. Wombat Books will help you sell your book and therefore make profit in that way instead of charging large upfront fees.

This fee is less than most people will charge just for appraisal! I don't want it all to be so expensive, so talk to me about how I can help.

 An initial non-refundable fee is to be paid for initial consultations and proposals of $99.  The rest ($143) is to be paid when all avenues are decided upon.

 Subject to an agreeance that the work you have matches Wombat Books principles and manuscript appraisal that Wombat Books believes the work can sell and be able to be marketed in Australia. 

 Please feel free to send in manuscripts for review.  If you have already had a market appraisal please send comments with your manuscript.  Unsolicited manuscripts also considered.
